You will need one salmon fillet, a garlic spread, some minced garlic, 2 tbsp. of olive oil, lime juice and ground black peppers. For the mashed potatoes you can either make them from scratch or buy Idahoan mashed potatoes in which you will only have to mix with water and is ready in four minutes. To prepare the salmon you will first have to leave it to defrost if it’s frozen, if not then you can begin to put the condiments on it. First, spread some lemon juice and then spread the garlic spread on the salmon. Top it off with some ground black pepper. On the pan add the olive oil and the minced garlic for more flavor. Grill the salmon for about 7 minutes or until the fish is flaky. Once that’s done you are ready to enjoy the meal with you choice of mashed potatoes or any other side you choose. Enjoy!
