A touch of Colombian spice

If you have about 20 minutes to prepare lunch you might want to try a splash of culture with a Colombian hotdog. My roommate, who happens to be Colombian, brought this recipe to my attention. Unlike your regular hot dog, Colombian hotdogs are very rich in flavor and have a mix between sweet and sour. The special touch for these hotdogs is a pineapple sauce. Visit http://bit.ly/dwpRyP for instructions on how to make the sauce. After the sauce is made, boil the hotdogs for about seven minutes and then they’re ready for the toppings. Place the hotdogs in the buns and top them with the pineapple sauce, coleslaw, mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup and top crushed potato chips. Buen provecho! (Enjoy your meal)
